me and 12 of my friends gathered together for my 30th birthday and Naomi hosted a session with her magic of yoga, breathwork and meditation. It was fantastic and everyone loved it! Her warm energy and ability to navigate and adjust to unexpected events was amazing and I would love for her to host all my future birthdays.
Naomi, Julia, and Jasmine have this truly unique and special quality of making each person feel held and seen. the space they created was thoughtful, rich, and safe. It’s so rare in a big city like Toronto to be able to gather and just pause together. I loved everything about the experience. And I will just keep sharing and sharing with friends.
I’ve been to a couple well & fine circles and it’s nothing short of magic, community, warmth, & love. Grateful for this beautiful safe space.
I came to this event after taking a yin class with Naomi and I highly recommend! She is so inspiring and an amazing instructor, I loved the information and services provided and loved the community vibes as always <3 I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first time doing a sister circle and I’m new to wellness and I didn’t feel intimidated at all!
Made many new friends and was able to find true power in myself!
