Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are available for individual services only, when requested prior to 48h before your appointment time.

If you have purchased a package, refunds are not applicable. In select cases, you may still be eligible for refunds on individual services within the package.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule:

Provide your name, appointment details, and reason for the refund or rescheduling request.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date of your cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

Exceptions:

In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies or extreme situations, we may consider refunding or rescheduling appointments on a case-by-case basis.
