Late Policy for Services:
At Well and Fine, we strive to provide efficient and timely services to all our valued clients. To ensure that we can maintain a high level of service quality and fairness to both clients and staff, we have implemented the following late policy:
Arrival Time Recommendation:
• We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving early allows us to maintain a smooth schedule and provide you with the best possible experience.
Late Arrival:
• If you arrive later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered canceled. Late arrivals can disrupt the schedule of our staff and inconvenience other clients who have appointments following yours.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• In the event that your appointment is canceled due to late arrival, you may need to reschedule for another available time slot. Our cancellation policy may apply if the appointment needs to be rescheduled, depending on the time frame and services involved.
Notification of Late Arrival:

• We will do our best to accommodate you if there is flexibility in the schedule, but we cannot guarantee that your appointment will be extended beyond its original duration.
